Stroke of luck to meet this guy! Sometimes that's how it works though.
He leaves the stage with rapturous applause. I grab him and tell him the nature of the project, and ask if he would like to be a part of it. In his New Orleans/New York twang he responds with delight. I arrange to pick up the recordings a few days later. I play them to the class. They ask where they come from. They love the tracks.
They seem to fit with the youthfulness of the film. NICE!!!!
